Shipping Policy

TuvArt — Paint by Numbers Kits

Thank you for shopping with TuvArt! We want your creative journey to start as smoothly as possible, so here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods such as holiday seasons or special promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Please note: delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped, not from the moment the order is placed. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

You can also track your order anytime on our [Track Your Order] page by entering your tracking number.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, your products may ship separately to get them to you as quickly as possible. Don't worry — you won't be charged any extra shipping fees, and each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@tuvart.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

TuvArt is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll gladly reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, with neighbors or building management).
  2. Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
  3. If it still hasn't shown up, contact us at support@tuvart.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, reach out to us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Damaged Items

If your kit arrives damaged, please email us at support@tuvart.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send you a free replacement right away — no need to return anything.
